Elastomers

These prepolymers, in combination with amine cross-linkers, are applicable in a wide range of hardness from rubber to plastics and are applied for rolls, oil-seal, packing, gears, belts, anti-vibration rubbers, o-rings, etc. They have excellent physical properties, e.g., oil, abrasion and heat resistance.

These prepolymers, modified with PPG, PTG, or PPG/PTG mixture, are widely used, especially, in fields which require excellent water resistance in combination with cross-linking agents based on amines.

Miractran XN-2000 series products are thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers (TPU) made of non-yellowing type diisocyanate and polycarbonatediol with high performance in weather-resistance, heat-resistance and water-resistance. Non-yellowing TPU is a characteristic in particular that lends its performance in usage in various films and a sheets.

Miractran P-Series products are TPU made of MDI and various polyols (polyester, polyether, polycaprolactone) with high performance in abrasion resistance and physical durability. They are applied in the manufacture of automotive parts, films, hoses, tubes, belts, etc.. Process include: injection, extrusion, calendaring, blowing or inflation. We also supply an S-Type, which is applicable in coating and binder fields through dissolving with solvents.
